Terms of Service
Effective date: 1 August 2025
1. Acceptance
By placing an order with IJIMAT GROCER, you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service. If you do not agree, please do not place an order.
2. Products and pricing
All prices are in Malaysian Ringgit (MYR) and include applicable taxes unless stated otherwise. We reserve the right to change prices at any time. The price confirmed at checkout is the price you pay.
3. Orders and payment
An order is confirmed only after successful payment. We accept online bank transfer (FPX / DuitNow QR) and manual bank transfer with WhatsApp payment proof. We reserve the right to cancel any order if payment is not received within a reasonable time.
4. Delivery
We currently deliver within the Klang Valley (Kuala Lumpur and Selangor). Delivery times are estimates and may vary. We are not responsible for delays caused by circumstances beyond our control.
5. Fresh food — special conditions
Our products are fresh food items. Please arrange to receive and refrigerate your order promptly after delivery. We are not responsible for spoilage resulting from failure to refrigerate in a timely manner after delivery.
6. Refunds and returns
Please refer to our Refund & Delivery Policy for full details. In summary: we handle quality issues (damaged or spoiled items) on a case-by-case basis via WhatsApp. Change-of-mind returns are generally not accepted for fresh food.
7. Limitation of liability
To the maximum extent permitted by Malaysian law, IJIMAT GROCER's total liability for any claim arising from your order shall not exceed the amount you paid for that order.
8. Governing law
These Terms are governed by the laws of Malaysia. Any dispute shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the Malaysian courts.
9. Changes to these terms
We may update these Terms from time to time. The current version is always available on this page. Continued use of our service after a change constitutes acceptance of the updated Terms.
